It’s really disheartening when you finally had a bad day and hit your breaking point but you can’t talk to anyone about it because you are supposed to be the strong friend that every one can rely on. And if you do talk about it, everyone will make you feel that their situation seems to be worse than yours. That you are just being dramatic. You feel me?
Well, that’s fine. You can’t get all the help that you need in this world. Sometimes you have to do it on your own. Everything will be okay. Breathe. It’s okay. You are going to be okay. Just breathe. Breathe and remind yourself of all the times you’ve felt this scared. All the times you get anxious and overwhelmed. All the times you’ve felt this level of pain. And remind yourself how each time you make it through. Just you.
Life is hard. It really is. Life has thrown so much at you. All the negativity. Toxicity. Sorrows, disappointments, brokenness and despairs. Name it and you’ve been there. And despite how difficult things were, you still managed to survive. You always survive and will always survive. As they say, the struggle is real. Just breathe and trust that this struggle is part of the process. That as long as you don’t give up and keep on pushing forward, no matter hopeless things may seem... you will make it.
This may be a bad day. But not a bad life after all. Just breathe.
